Campaign not present in the Import overview

When you import a campaign from Facebook into our system, you'll need to follow some steps. But, if you reach the point when you have to select the campaigns you want to import and nothing pops up, then it can be for several reasons:

1. Have you selected the correct brand?

2. Is the campaign already in our system? Probably you have got the auto-import of campaigns activated in your brand.

3. Have you changed its name on Facebook? We don't synchronise campaign names, so you should search for the original name (the one before it was changed).

4. Does that campaign have the word 'TNA' on its name? Then the system cannot import it because it's struggling to find that campaign.
