CSV file—what should it look like?

If you upload a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file to create a custom audience, it should look like the the one shown in the screenshot. We've made a template for you to use; you can download it here.

If one of the variables is missing, no problem! Just make sure that there's always only one comma between the different variables. So, if you haven't got the name, make sure that the header of the column doesn't look like this: id, email, phone but like this: id,email,phone. 

TNA tip: You can also use a CSV file with only email addresses! Just remember to only use the email header.
