Missing assets in the Campaign Dashboard

Do you have filters applied to your campaigns? If that's not the case, then you should check if those campaigns were imported to the The Next Ad platform.

Having Automatic Import turned on is something really handy. Unless there's a problem, all campaigns will be imported from the Business Manager automatically. Otherwise, you need to do it manually.

If you've imported everything, the campaign may be paused, even though it shows up on the platform. This indicates that it was initially paused when it was imported, and since we only auto sync campaigns if their state is running, the auto-sync may have been disrupted. 

You can synchronise both systems by going to the campaign report and then clicking on the green sync button at the upper right corner.
