No results in the Performance Insights

You should try refreshing the token, just in case the connection between Facebook and The Next Ad has been disrupted.

​If the token is not the problem, the problem may lie mainly in the fact that you're seeing the incorrect metrics. Should this be the case, you can search in the button Columns and then choose  in the drop-down menu. There you can choose the right metric according to your optimisation goal. For instance, if your objective is Ad recall lift then you should search for Estimated ad recall lift in the options available.

​Furthermore, you should check your filters. Having the incorrect filters will result in seeing the incorrect information.
