Terms of Service (ToS)

There are two different Terms of Service on Facebook: Conversion Tracking ToS and Custom Audience ToS.

A. Conversion Tracking Terms of Service

To accept the Terms For Conversion Tracking, Custom Audiences From Your Website, and Custom Audiences From Your Mobile App open a new tab in your browser and copy paste the following link:

https://business.facebook.com/ads/manage/convtrack/tosapi.php

Don't load this page yet, but open another tab and go to your Business Manager and open your Ad Account. In the URL you'll find a string which says:

?act=1234567890&pid=p1&business_id=1234567890

Copy this text and paste it in the first tab behind the URL previously mentioned. When you press enter you'll be redirected to a page where you can accept the Terms of Service.

B. Custom Audience Terms of Service

To accept the Terms For Custom Audiences From Your Website, and Custom Audiences From Your Mobile App open a new tab in your browser and copy paste the following link:

https://business.facebook.com/ads/manage/customaudiences/tos.php

Don't load this page yet, but open another tab and go to your Business Manager and open your Ad Account. In the URL you'll find a string which says:

?act=1234567890&pid=p1&business_id=1234567890

Copy this text and paste it in the first tab behind the URL previously mentioned. When you press enter you'll be redirected to a page where you can accept the Terms of Service.

TNA tip: If you are trying to accept the Terms of Service in a brand on The Next Ad and all you get is a blank screen, then you should check whether you've got enough rights on the Business Manager. You should ask your admin to grant you permissions by making you admin of the ad account, and then proceed to accept the Terms of Service.

On Facebook and The Next Ad, there are Terms of Service for several different entities within Facebook: ad account, page, lead forms, feeds etc. 

If you've got enough rights and you're an admin of the ad account, then you should try refreshing the token.
